Reflections on Woodland Ridge and Staff

We had the privilege of having Heather as our student intern on Leadership at Woodland Ridge. She will be graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Chattahoochee Tech and her involvement with our residents and staff was a delight. Read her observations while at Woodland Ridge Assisted Living. Thank you Heather for sharing on outsider’s insight.

Leadership Observation Paper #3

My last week at Woodland Ridge has quickly approached replica watches. I have seen the inner workings of this facility at its best. Everyone from the Director to Housekeeping are focused on the best patient care imaginable. The residents here are given choices and treated as individuals. The staff really take the time to bring out the character of each of their residents. Respect is a key part of care here at Woodland Ridge. Joan and her team have very intricate working relationship that run this place hands down, the best I’ve seen in my training.

This resilient woman is a wonderful mentor and supervisor. Her guidance in supervision and employee relations is unparalleled to any other facility I’ve been in.

The care givers are such a great group of people and they really enjoy their jobs. I love to just sit and watch some of the employees and how they interact with the residents. Some of the techs can motivate the patients to color, talk, walk, and even eat on their own http://www.replicaforbest.co.uk/replica-breitling-watches-sale-for-uk.html. These simple task are difficult for most in memory care but they strive to accomplish them with help from these wonderful employees.
