Each year, Woodland Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care awards one special staff member with the Wanda Braziel Award. We are pleased this year to name Jesse Harden as our 2016 Wanda Braziel Award recipient and Employee of the Year!
Over the course of 2016, Jesse was named employee of the month twice on an individual basis and twice as part of a team effort. He has been a member of our dietary team for over 8 years; he is a shining example of the dedicated and caring staff at Woodland Ridge. He works hard to ensure that our residents enjoy their dining experience and takes pride in helping prepare healthy, made-from-scratch meals.
The Wanda Braziel Award is named for a former Woodland Ridge board member who exemplified service to others. Each year, the recipient receives a plaque and a cash award in recognition of a job well done.
“Jesse is as loyal as they come,” says Chef Debra Vaughn. She also compliments Jesse saying, “you can’t find a better employee than him.”
