Ask Paula Patterson about working at Woodland Ridge, and the first thing she’ll tell you is how much she loves the residents here. Paula has worked at Woodland Ridge for 14 years and says she thinks about the residents even when she’s not at work. Everyone here is family to Paula.
She became a caregiver because she enjoys helping people, especially older adults. Paula enjoys the variety of her daily interactions with residents and says there’s never a dull moment! She works in our Friends for Life memory care neighborhood, and Paula enthusiastically says, “I love my job!” And we love her caring spirit and joyful attitude.
