Introducing Neil Conn — voted by his co-workers at Woodland Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care as our August 2016 Employee of the Month! Neil works in maintenance at our community and has been with us for over five and a half years.
Before joining Woodland Ridge, Neil worked with controlled access systems and worked as a mechanic for over 20 years. His know-how keeps things running, and, like most of our employees, he says his favorite part of the job is interacting with the residents. Neil says, “You never know what request you’ll get from them.” He enjoys helping our folks at Woodland Ridge whether it’s a small job such as “fixing” a television remote control or a bigger job such as doing plumbing or heating and air repairs. Neil is also willing to go out of his way when we have a problem after hours.
