Congratulations to Dondreia McCraw, our February 2017 Employee of the Month! Dondreia has been a caregiver in our Friends for Life memory care neighborhood for 2 years. She says she’s always loved taking care of people, so becoming a caregiver was a way to make a career doing what she loves. Dondreia especially enjoys doing activities with our memory care residents. In our Friends for Life memory care neighborhood, our goal is to connect with our residents using their life stories and long-term memories. For Dondreia, those moments when she can connect with residents who are remembering experiences from their lives and sharing their stories are always extra special. We think Dondreia is extra special as well and know she approaches caring for our residents with a huge heart.
