We are pleased to announce Debra Vaughn as Woodland Ridge’s July 2016 Employee of the Month!
Debra has served as our dietary manager for a little over a year, and both the residents and the staff look forward every day to good food from the kitchen. It’s no wonder there’s always something tasty and nutritious being served; Debra says, “I wake up and go to sleep thinking what can I prepare to make people happy. In preparing the food, I feel that I’m preparing it for my own family.”
Not only is the food delicious, but Debra also keeps everything in the kitchen running in tip-top shape as she maintains a great inspection score from the health department. Our current score is 100!
We’re fortunate to have Debra at the kitchen helm working to make our residents happy. She says it “warms my heart to put a smile on their faces.”
